MANGRAL RAJPOOT BOOK PART 2
MY POINT OF VIEW
Mangral Rajput tribe is an influential tribe in the state
of Jammu and Kashmir. Which has been inhabited in different parts of the state
for centuries. The Mangral tribe enjoys a unique social status in the southern
districts of the state. The family is also gaining political dominance in the
region. Surprisingly, in spite of this political and social status, to this day
no one has compiled the history of this tribe or highlighted its notable deeds.
Prof. Raja Naveed Ahmad deserves admiration for taking up
this difficult task. After in-depth study of dozens of books and long research,
he compiled a history of the tribe and collected dozens of genealogies.
Raja Naveed Ahmed is a righteous, truthful and upright
man, who works with determination and perseverance.

The author has a wide circle
of friends due to his good qualities. When the author began his work, there
were many obstacles in his way. There were fewer and more discouraged on this
journey. If someone called the project a crazy dream, so he laughed, if someone
called it impossible, he got new encouragement.
It was his good fortune that he always received the
encouragement and useful advice of his respected father and his prayers were
with him step by step. He moved forward under the guidance of his father. But unfortunately,
he was not able to carry out this plan in his father's life, which is a point
of sorrow for him.
Obtaining genealogical lists
from Jammu was not an easy
task. But Raja Naveed Ahmed did not give up. After many years of hard work, he
was finally able to collect all the genealogies. The history of the Mangral
tribe spans over centuries. The author has researched many libraries to collect
the authentic history of the tribe, studied dozens of books in depth, gathered
information from scholars and literary personalities and after constant efforts
he has succeeded in conveying the authentic history of the tribe to the readers.
By reading this book, he not only quenched his thirst for
knowledge but also satisfied his soul by fulfilling the long-cherished wish of
his esteemed father. This is the great literary service of the region. By
writing this book, he gave a new life to the Mangral tribe. This deed of his is
commendable. May God reward them.
This book is also unique in
that it is based on authoritative genealogies. The book's usefulness has been
doubled by the introduction and detailed accounts of prominent political and
social figures of the region. The pictures of the selected members of the tribe
have added to the adornment of the book. For the general reader, the book
contains valuable information about the state of Jammu and Kashmir.
